How long will my installation take?


This depends on the type of system you have and how much equipment you'll need. We will always carry out a site survey beforehand and discuss any timings and date details with you so you're fully aware before the installation.




I don't know which system I need. Can you help?


If you are struggling to find what you need please send us a message or give us a call and we'll be happy to go through the options with you. There is also lots of information on our product pages and videos explaining all the options avliable.




Will I be given a quotation before signing up?


Yes! We will provide an online quotation which is emailed to you. The quote will include full equipment specification including pictures and pricing. You'll also have the option to ask any questions directly via the quote, keeping everything in one place. Full terms and conditions are also supplied with your quotation.




How can I pay for my equipment?


We'll bring along a card reader on the day of installation with the option to pay via debit card or paypal. If you prefer, we can raise an invoice for BACs transfers. For larger installs, a deposit may be required before installation but we will disucss this with you at quotation stage.




Are there monthly fees?


No. We do not charge monthly fees by default. If you would like your system to be professionally monitored, we would charge a monthly fee. If you have poor broadband we may need to supply a 4G simcard to allow the systems to communicate with your devices and alert you of intrusions. In this case, you will be charged monthly for the sim card fees. This can be discussed before installation.
